when using configuration editor for /gnome/peripherals/keyboard/kbd
to add (or change from us to) uk,
I see a dialog telling me:

error activating XKB configuration

can be based on
libxklavier xkbcomp xmodmap

I see that both xkbcomp xmodmap are masked
(hence not installed when I installed emerged gnome),
so I guess that they will be in soon ?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start configuration editor
2. go to gnome/peripherals/keyboard/kbd
3. chanhe usto uk

Actual Results:  
described in Details

Expected Results:  
change kbd settings

contain:
Option "XkbLayout" "gb,us"

Is this a bug ? Do you still have that problem ? what version of xorg ?
