I've reworked the ebuild, adding optional support for xinetd (courierpassd can 
also be run from tcpserver), fixing the source URI, updating the xinetd file, 
tidying and adding the missing man page.

I haven't tested using xinetd, as I don't use it here - could someone test it 
please.

Added an ebuild for courieruserinfo - another utility from the same author as 
courierpassd.  See bug # 113953

Here I run it with xinetd, and it works, at least with my ebuild, haven't tested
with yours.
