Description Marcel Guzman 2005-09-23 14:54:03 UTC
I have a stable amd64 system with conservative cflags (for more details see my
emerge info below). I have mozilla-firefox as well as mozilla installed. Both
browsers work flawlessly in GNOME. Neither browser will start with any sort of
reliability in Openbox.

Basically here's what happens. In openbox, I start Mozilla Firefox or Mozilla.
From time to time (I'm not able to determine exactly what causes this, as there
are no errors in the console), the window will start in the correct position and
size. From time to time, it will start, but be extremely small (eg. ~75x75
pixels). Sometimes, it doesn't even display (and is not accessible via
alt-tab). 'ps' shows it as running.

post, but around the 3rd post onwards)

(should this be filed upstream?)
