Bug 107021 – Please consider http-replicator 3.0 for stabilisation

http-replicator has been in ~ppc ~x86 ~alpha ~amd64 for a couple of months now
without any non-cosmetic bug reports. I have been using it on ~x86 myself for 
that same period and it works like a charm.

As maintainer of this package running ~x86, I recommend stabilisation.

I have had it running here on my local server for 2 months or so.   No issues. 
I support stablization.
