You should be including your emerge --info with bug reports I would suggest rm /usr/portage/distfiles/docbk41.zip Then try again :-) If it doesn't work, there may be a dodgy file on your mirror, try changing mirrors Works fine here (http://gentoo.blueyonder.co.uk) Jim
