ludovico i don't see changes of english revision 1.25 in that doc, or is it

It's just a version bump, the mantainer forgot to update version and date.

You bumped the version to 2.14 but left the date 10 days behind which probably
caused some confusion.
Besides, the bump was not just for the fun of it, it had been forgotten at the
previous commit that added the section

Unless I'm mistaken, it's not in the file you submitted.
