The above categories in portage contain no metadata.xml file.  Request to have
them added.

These categories were added for the currently-masked X-modular.  I'm not sure
when Donnie wanted to work on setting up the metadata (or if he is even waiting
for anything), but my guess is that his original plan was to wait for upstream
to stabilize.

I've already added metadata for all the individual packages, but we need to come
up with a few category-wide metadata files too. That should be pretty easy.
