elfutils seems to be missing a dependancy since I see the following error during
install:

/usr/portage/dev-libs/elfutils/elfutils-0.108.ebuild: line 38: autoreconf:
command not found

autoreconf comes from sys-devel/autoconf-wrapper which is a required package on
all Gentoo systems
