Comment 1 Dirk Heinrichs 2005-09-21 05:14:45 UTC
2 things to add:

1) It installs just fine and all tests pass when I do it manually (make test).

2) 1.18 is fairly outdated, there is 1.40.1 which was released 9(!) months ago.

Comment 2 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2005-09-21 16:15:48 UTC
1.40.1a is now in portage
Comment 3 Dirk Heinrichs 2005-09-21 23:03:56 UTC
Thanks.

BTW: Why is it in sys-devel and not in dev-util? It's not a system package.

Comment 4 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2005-09-21 23:25:48 UTC
couldnt tell you, i didnt add it

but you're right it should be moved ... i'll do so shortly
