emerging planner-0.13 causes  ACCESS VIOLATION

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge sync
2.emerge planner

Actual Results:  
Access Violations. Install fails.

Expected Results:  
Installs planner

problem with "pygtk"
reemerge fixed it.
