Hi

These are the python bindings for libpcap under linux. They work brilliantly,
and so I decided to do an ebuild for them. I'd put them under dev-python.

Please take a look and think about committing :)

I will look at the ebuild and once 1.4 is (finaly released) commit to portage (dependent on the ebuild of course).
