I am upgrading apache to the latest ebuild (apache-2.0.54-r31). There is nothing wrong with apache-2.0.54-r31. I tested on 2 other machines and it worked with no problems. The machine where it didn't work had the whole /etc/ init.d missing and the ebuild didn't find /etc/init.d/functions.sh
