I am upgrading apache to the latest ebuild (apache-2.0.54-r31).
The process stops with the message:
/usr/portage/net-www/apache/apache-2.0.54-r31.ebuild: line 430: einfo: command

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge apache

Actual Results:  
it stops with the above error message.

Expected Results:  
compile and install apache

There is nothing wrong with apache-2.0.54-r31. I tested on 2 other machines and 
it worked with no problems. The machine where it didn't work had the whole /etc/
init.d missing and the ebuild didn't find /etc/init.d/functions.sh
