Hi,

This is a python module that provides some useful functions when generating
large amounts of HTML. No one has done an ebuild for it yet, so I did one. I
think it should go into dev-python.

This is a requirement of another ebuild I'm going to submit after this, pylize,
HTML presentation tool, which is very neat.
