Unpacking shows the error:
$ tar tzvf /usr/portage/distfiles/Zope-2.6.0-src.tgz 

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file

The source code downloaded from zope.org is 2.2MB

Uploaded the distfile again, fixed.
