During an upgrade, I noticed that portage wants to downgrade all of my xfce4 packages to 4.0.6. This is due to the xfce4-base ebuild only containing version 4.0.6, even though everything it would install is marked stable at the current version. The version mismatch is causing problems. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.emerge xfce4-base 2.you end up with 4.0.6 of everything 3.emerge libxfce4-util, libxfcegui4 etc seperately, and they all come in 4.2.2 Actual Results: Have a version mismatch and xfce4 doesn't function properly. Expected Results: emerge xfce4-base should emerge the version 4.2.2 of it's subpackages.
xfce-base is deprecated use xfce4 or xfce4-extras
