When starting xfractint I get the following message:

'locate fractint.hlp' didn't return any results.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. 'su'
2. 'emerge xfractint'
3. I opened a new terminal at this point, not as root.
4. 'xfractint'

Actual Results:
*** Error during startup:

Couldn't find fractint.hlp; set FRACTDIR to proper directory with setenv.

Expected Results:
Started.

The ebuild warns you about the FRACTDIR variable and instructs you to re-login
or source /etc/profile.
