In order to use the hcipcimodem with the 2.6.13 kernel, a patch
(hcfpci-1.06-simple_class.patch) must be applied to the driver (patch is
available at https://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hcf/downloads-patches.php). I've
attached the patch and a new ebuild to this bug that applies the patch if the
user is running 2.6.13
