Can you try running build-docbook-catalog (as root), then remerging?

i reemerged orbit and got the same error , also if you mean reemerge docbook , please tell me the name of the ebuild Thanx Mike
problem solved after re-emerging all the xsl and dtd , thank you , i guess you can close this bug
