Please open the link to see the problem.
One "entry" is dev-php and the other dev-php4. If there is a difference between
those please alter the description accordingly.

This is not a bug. dev-php/xdebug is for the old dev-php/{mod_}php,
dev-php4/xdebug is for the new dev-lang/php ebuilds.
