Description Konrad Klimaszewski 2005-09-13 06:29:53 UTC
In download dialog next to the "open with" should be a drop down menu that lets
you choose a default or previously used application to open downloaded file.

I only see a browse button. Defult app is never shown nor is last selection.
Firefox remembers last selection though. If I choose kpdf to open a pdf file,
next time when I try to download pdf it is enough to click ok and kpdf will be used.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

I'm not sure if thats relevant but I didnot emerge gnome. I'm using Xfce. I
tried and compiled firefox with gnome flag but that didn't help.

Ok I did:
emerge gnome

And now it works fine. I finaly see this dropdown menu. As a side effect I have
now default options.

But installing lots of stuff that I wont use (like evolution, mozilla, totem and
so on) is not the way I want it :(

Closing, not a bug.
