Changes:

    * Fixed rare problem of some articles causing Access Violation and failing
when trying to perform any commands on them when the hierarchy view is disabled.
    * [Linux] Parsing of command-line parameters now treats forward slashes at
start of a path correctly instead of treating as start of a parameter.
