Bug 105518 – fxscintilla requires older version of fox when newer version installed.

I have installed fox:

*  x11-libs/fox
      Latest version available: 1.5.4
      Latest version installed: 1.5.4
      Size of downloaded files: 3,933 kB
      Homepage:    http://www.fox-toolkit.org/
      Description: C++ based Toolkit for developing Graphical User Interfaces
easily and effectively
      License:     LGPL-2.1

However, when I attempt to emerge fxscintilla it tells me:

goliath ~ # emerge -upDv fxscintilla

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Shouldn't fxscintilla use the version of fox installed?

No. See Bug 88924.
