Xtoolwait notably decreases the startup time of an X session by reducing the 
load on the X server and the OS.

indeed, i attached the wrong file (it's the original source tarball), sorry.

i try to attach the correct one, but as there are some bugzilla problems i am
not sure whether attaching another file works. if not, i will open a new ebuild
"bug" report.
