Because the alsa plugins does not work a dep on oss was added to avoid having a broken amarok install. But oss is not the only usable engine with gstreamer. I for example use the esd engine and probably in the future the jack engine should be usable too. Either add a || ( <engines> ) statement or more use flags with checks for unworking combinations.
Removed the dependency.
