bzr, the scm tool from canonical, requires Python 2.4, but the ebuild only
requires 2.3.  You'll get errors during the bytecode-compilation step if you
install it, but the ebuild will still get installed, and bzr won't work.

The depends needs to be changed to >=dev-lang/python-2.4.
