openssh-3.9_p1-r2.ebuild wants non-existant openssh-3.9_p1-fix_suid.patch.bz2

I believe it should be changed to openssh-3.9_p1-fix_suid.patch.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Mask >=openssh-3.9_p1-r3
2. emerge openssh (should try to merge -r2)

I was trying to track down a change in behavior and wanted to regress the
recent upgrade to openssh-3.9_p1-r3 to see if that had anything to do with it.
This is common practice, used just about everywhere when a bug/unexpected
change in behavior crops up after a software upgrade. You won't delete 3
consecutive characters out of an ebuild to fix it? Your response took longer.
Ridiculous.

If you won't fix it, why don't you just do us a courtesy and delete the ebuild
since there is no point to its existance anymore.
