After compiling apcupsd I don't see /var/www/apcupsd directory nor any cgi scripts.
After recent upgrade the /var/www/apcupsd was removed along with cgi crypt so I
can not view the status of the battery via browser.

I think the apache.conf is not being applied during compile.

What about adding cgi to your use flags?
