Description giancarlo storti gajani 2005-09-04 08:01:21 UTC
problems emerging libbonoboui-2.10.0, possibly due to wrong md5sum/size in
digest-libbonoboui-2.10.0 (NOTE: in the gnome official download site there are
**TWO** different md5sums for libbonoboui-2.10.0.tar.bz2 in two different
locations, one is "possibly right" (i.e. it the same as the one obtained by
running md5sum on the file manually downloade) the other is wrong.... but it is
equal to the one in the digest file. File sizes do not match either.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge libbonoboui
2.
3.

Actual Results:
emerge keeps trying to "resume download" of file, then gives up

Expected Results:
emerge libbonoboui, of course...

manually changing the digest file (and, accordingly the Manifest file in
/usr/portage/gnome-base/libbonoboui) "solves" the problem.... (I hope gnome does
not crash now...)
