We have setup a gentoo mirror at  
http://gentoo.st.uz/ 
rsync://gentoo.st.uz/gentoo/ 
 
We would like to be a full mirror. 
Bandwith is 100 Mbps , concurrent users 1000 
Location : Sharq Telecom Internet Service Provider, Tashkent , Uzbekistan
