are new gentoo mirrors, which have been run for over two months.

These are located in South Korea, and I would like them to be added on the list.

the URL of devolus.org will be changed this week, due to moving the server
machine to an idc.

Anonymous access to ftp://ftp.gentoo.or.kr is impossible.
The other URL are OK. Wiil add only the first http URL. Others - after moving.

I am a new developer :).. This was the bug i sent before joining in the team.. If the others change the url, i will sort out this bug :)

plz reassign the bug to me.. thanks.. (i can do it by myself, but think i need a permission from you)

I'm also only developer, so cannot give permissions ;) If you can fix something,
just fix it. For very special things ask Zhen or Seemant.
