Hi, Please follow the instructions provided by the ebuild, and post the config.log file. Re-open the bug when you have attached the file. Alternatively, please try the packages in the Gentoo PHP Overlay [1]. We are in the process of adding them to the Portage tree if you prefer to wait a few weeks. [1] http://svn.gnqs.org/projects/gentoo-php-overlay/ Many thanks, Stu
config.log was actually empty... if amd64 testing is required for in-tree stable/arch feel free to notify me.
I'm seeing the same problem on x86 and the log was also empty. Following this thread for eaccelerator: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-359879-highlight-eaccelerator.html I could fix it for me with adding "inherit kde-functions" and "need-automake 1.6" after inherit php-ext-source in the ebuild file and recreating the digest. Could this fix (or some equivalent for it ;)) added to the ebuild too please? I would reopen the bug and change the platform but don't have the permissions for that.
Hi. You're sure to have emerge sync'ed lately? We adressed a problem with this in the last days. Also, can you please check that you have the latest stable versions of the following tools installed and then retry: libtool m4 automake automake-wrapper autoconf autoconf-wrapper Best regards, CHTEKK.
if that was directed to me, yes I synced just 3 hours ago and all upgrades are installed (stable x86 system).
