I have a few mp3s with ID3v2 tags that taglib ignores completely. 
Investigation showed that this is because they contains a few tags whose data 
size was 0.  
 
I've fixed this and submitted to upstream, but I've not heard a response for 
several days, so I'm submitting it here to fix gentoo at least.

I have submitted this upstream, but there has been no response, so I've no idea
if this is the right way to do this. I works for me (tested with _many_ mp3
files).

Looks like they're working on it now, even if my patch wasn't quite right.
