There is a new version of rubber out, namely 1.0. It has some new featurs and bugfixes. There is also a zsh completion function being developed, which should ship with the next version of zsh. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Created attachment 67357 [details] rubber-1.0.ebuild I shouldn't get credit for this ebuild. Alexandre Buisse at bug 45009 created (or modified the old ebuild) this ebuild.
This should be a very simple version bump... What's holding this ebuild from getting commited?
I have heard that the Text-Markup Team is under-staffed? Is that why this is taking so long?!? Is it possible to help in any way?!?
Well, at the moment, there is only one active dev in text-markup (leonardop), and he deals mostly with docbook things, not tex. I am in the process of becoming a dev, mostly for dev-tex (and you can be sure I'll maintain rubber !). However, I think that if you are willing to join the team, you'll be most welcome too.
rubber-1.0 has been added to CVS and I will maintain it.
