This document is referenced by the docs in Bug 104169 and Bug 104198. It should
be useful for users that have never compiled a kernel before, and might even be
a source of ideas for Bug 94955.

It will be completed in the near future, probably after I finish Bug 104198.

At long last, here's drobbins' kernel compilation guide. Though it is outdated
(2.4 had just come out), it's still referenced in the Resources sections of
many of his existing developerWorks articles, including those in Bug 104198 and
Bug 104169.

So now those bugs (and this bug) can all be committed at once; that's 5
XMLified documents' worth of goodness. :)
