This is a major mode for emacs and can be used to edit Relax NG schemas. It is
marked as a beta version and the last update has been in 12/2002 but it actually
works quite well. 
Since I saw that there is also a stable debian version
(http://packages.debian.org/stable/editors/rnc-mode) I thought it might be worth
submitting this.
