Eix fails to recognize a ebuild as testing, putting it into stable. However all
other categories work.

Example:
cat5@pluto ~/gentoo $ eix tripwire
* app-admin/tripwire 
     Available versions:  !2.3.1.2-r1 2.3.1.2-r2
     Installed:           none
     Homepage:            http://www.tripwire.org/
     Description:         Open Source File Integrity Checker and IDS

whereas /usr/portage/app-admin/tripwire/tripwire-2.3.1.2-r2 says:
KEYWORDS="~amd64 ~ppc x86"

eix-0.3.0 uses ACCEPT_KEYWORDS from make.conf/environment.
If you want eix to ignore ACCEPT_KEYWORDS, add LOCAL_PORTAGE_CONFIG=false to
your /etc/eixrc.

Thanks, that solved it. However it struck me, because eix-0.2.2 didn't show this
behaviour.
This is a "not a bug, it's a feature"-bug, marking as invalid.
