Please see attached enum-1.016.ebuild to install the enum perl module.

enum provides a way to use C-style enumerations within perl code.  This package
is needed by dev-perl/Tie-Cache-LRU.

Updated SlimServer ebuilds use distributed modules from upstream, so this ebuild is no longer necessary.
