Hello bug wranglers.

Here is my tentative submit of an ebuild for arnie, a simple system to make
backups, that only depends on Python-2.4.  It should go in app-backup/arnie.

Ebuild files for arnie backup system.

I wrote these files in /usr/local/portage/app-backup-arnie and then I could
emerge.  Please verify the contents of the files, I'm not very experienced with
making Gentoo ebuilds.

No tarballs, please. Only plaintext ebuild (and init scripts, patches etc. if
needed).

You forgot to reopen.

Please fix the following and reopen:

* LICENSE is invalid.
* KEYWORDS are incorrect.
* ${D} should be quoted.
