Description Kimmo Sundqvist 2005-08-22 04:54:14 UTC
Keypad is not working in-game. This problem persists both with and without
NumLock, and the result is the same whether NumLock is activated while
configuring the keys or not. Arrow keys and alphabetical keys do work.

In my xorg.conf is:

Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier "Nappis"
        Driver "kbd"
        Option "XkbModel" "pc104"
        Option "XkbLayout" "fi"
        Option "XkbOptions" ""
        Option "XkbSymbols" "fi"
EndSection

[ebuild R ] x11-base/xorg-x11-6.8.2-r2 -3dfx -3dnow -bitmap-fonts -cjk
-debug -dlloader -dmx -doc -font-server -insecure-drivers +ipv6 -minimal +mmx
+nls -nocxx +opengl +pam -sdk +sse -static +truetype-fonts +type1-fonts
(-uclibc) -xprint +xv 9 kB

I have emerged the newest stable (x86) SDL libs before emerging lsdldoom.

This may be related to a fact that no matter how much I emerge the lsdldoom,
esearch shows me this:

*  games-fps/lsdldoom
      Latest version available: 1.4.4.4
Latest version installed: [ Not Installed ]

But emerge shows me this:
# emerge -pv lsdldoom

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating dependencies ...done!
[ebuild R ] games-fps/lsdldoom-1.4.4.4 0 kB

I'll file this as a separate bug if asked to do so.

The lsdldoom binary is _not_ provided by the doomlegacy package. I've checked
this by unmerging both, seeing that there is no binary called lsdldoom anywhere
in the system, and only then emerging the lsdldoom.

There used to be two lsdldoom binaries in the system, so this could be about a
conflict caused by some remaining config file, but I don't know any details to
find out.
