xmlstarlet installs a man page that says the executable is called "xmlstarlet"
but it installs an executable called "xml" instead.

This is in version 1.0.1.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge xmlstarlet
2. man starlet
3. xmlstarlet

Actual Results:  
-bash: xmlstarlet: command not found

Expected Results:  
run xmlstarlet

The 1.0.1-r1 ebuild now installs xmlstarlet as a symlink.
