When you start aria from a terminal, you can see this error:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::out_of_range'
  what():  basic_string::substr
Aborted

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run "aria", and it will crash.
Actual Results:  
Aria crashed.

Expected Results:  
The correct execution of Aria (download manager)
