The ecb-2.31.ebuild can be renamed to ecb-2.32.ebuild and properly install the new ECB. It also works on 
ppc-macos

Also works on x86, just renaming is okay here. 
This fixes a number of minor problems when used along with emacs-cvs builds.

emacs herd, please let us (ppc-macos) know when the ebuild (or a successor) is
available so we can keyword it.

ok, cannot mark now, as the dependency jde is not yet in marked.  Emacs Herd, feel free to assign back to ppc-macos herd to get rid of the bug.

Would someone on the ppc-macos team please try installing jde?  If it works for you, please add ~ppc-macos?

I've revbumped the package and dropped the ~ppc-macos keyword from ecb-2.32-r1 and -r2.

ppc-macos, please consider adding it to your overlay.
