When clicking on the hompage link for splat, i receive
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /projects/splat/ on this server.

It seems much of the site is returning a 404 or 503. We'll give it a while to
see if it returns to normal.

Hey guys, I'm the author of splat.  The website is indeed in pretty piss poor
shape atm.  I should have it up and running again on the 5th of September.
