all other arches have marked 2.4.27 stable long ago, please move to ppc64 stable
also so i can clean out 2.4.26

ppc64 does not have any kernel in the 2.4 series. we might just drop that
package for ppc64?

I would agree with Markus here.  I dont think theres anyone who'd need it marked
stable, and if there is, they're talented enough that they wont need our love.

tgall sais users are still using 2.4 kernels. will try one in the next couple of
days.
