Please remove rsync12.us.gentoo.org from the rotation as the server will no
longer be available due to financial problems while funding the server's
payment. (IP is 64.71.137.36)

Thanks for helping out.  If you're ever able to offer another mirror, just open
a new bug.

I've removed the DNS entries, and access to rsync1 will be removed shortly.
