Hi there, 
 
I changed all paths back to the original paths of the 1.3.x versions of 
the Apache webserver for full up and downgrading without a hazzle. 
I added a patch to the config.layout which adds all gentoo specific 
paths. I've done this because I want to use the second edition and when 
3rd party modules are stable for the 2nd edition, I'm sure, the paths 
would change back anyway. I also updated the ebuilds for mod_php, php and 
mod_ssl which can detect the installed apache version. 
 
Attatched are all corresponding files.
