I'd like to start the process of making Mark a new infra dev (w/o ebuild access). He's going to help with web related things, security (where we need help), remote backups possibly (mark: talk to kurt and/or lcars about that), and nagios. He's already helped out Gentoo by providing several servers at his colo and other forms of support. It'll rawk having him officially on board :)

Mailed Mark as he has been inactive for more than 2 months and to see what roles he still has on Gentoo.
Mark replied telling us to go ahead with the retirement. As usual, I'll wait 2 weeks before assigning the bug to infra.
