Description Jim Nutt 2005-08-16 12:26:59 UTC
When starting jpilot-sync I get this error:

jpilot-sync: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/jpilot/plugins/libexpense.so:
undefined symbol: jp_logf

If I specify -P on the command line to suppress loading plugins, I can sync the
built in databases just fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. jpilot-sync
2.
3.

Actual Results:
jpilot-sync: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/jpilot/plugins/libexpense.so:
undefined symbol: jp_logf

Expected Results:
Sync'ed with the palm pilot

Comment 1 Jim Nutt 2005-09-12 21:08:33 UTC
There's a new upstream version (pre11) that fixes this.
Comment 2 Boris Smus 2006-08-10 17:59:54 UTC
This issue is fixed in the oldest jpilot ebuild in portage (dating back to 2006-03-28). Recommend closure.
Comment 3 Alastair Tse (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-08-11 01:20:48 UTC
thanks for flagging this one.
