undms-1.3 is a package that is not maintained anymore and that has no distribution terms (no license). undms does the same as app-arch/xdms, but xdms is still maintained (by me) and has a clear license (public domain). Also, xdms has been certified to work on amd64, where as undms is not. I ask you to deprecate undms, and remove it after a while. There shouldn't be any need for that program, especially since license terms are very unclear.
It seems debian packagers couldn't reach the author of undms: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=110316
undms will not emerge as is anyway. It needs app-arch/ncompress or something else that provides uncompress in DEPEND.

according to Jakub, you guys aren't keywording on the main tree anymore, so I dropped the keyword, if you want to keyword ncompress to get it back, its' you ballgame (as they say).
Hmmm.... they say so much. Added ncompress and undms in prefix.
