an updated ebuild for ivtv 0.3.7d. With a few minor errors corrected, but mainly
a new version of ivtv which has misc bug fixes.

We're not going to accept bug reports for new revision bumps of every version.
I'm involved with ivtv-dev as well as iggy (the maintainer of this Gentoo
package). We are well aware of each upstream release. They infact release a new
version so often that it's insane to consider keeping up. Gentoo does not
support or maintain an official 0.3.x ebuild and won't for a while. Any ebuilds
that appear in that series are specifically marked as such. They are for
development purposes only.
